Hang 10 Emissions Certification is a mobile app being developed for Android phones and tablets and Apple iPhone and iPad devices, giving credentialed testers a portable way to perform California Clean Truck Check OBD compliance testing without a dedicated PC workstation.
It is designed around a simple, guided testing workflow and mainstream mobile hardware. The product has been submitted for California review and is undergoing the applicable validation and certification process.
Hang 10 has not yet received final California approval and cannot yet be used for official Clean Truck Check testing.

Pacific Crest Diagnostics
Pacific Crest Diagnostics is a mobile emissions diagnostic app for Android phones and tablets that reads and analyzes emissions-related vehicle data without requiring a dedicated PC diagnostic workstation.
Its goal is to help users identify emissions-related problems and assess whether a vehicle is likely to pass or fail an official emissions inspection before the vehicle is taken for testing.
Pacific Crest is designed to scan the overwhelming majority of passenger cars, light trucks, work trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles intended for on-road use in North America. The app requires compatible vehicle-interface hardware; see the Product Details page for the current supported-device list.
The Android version was released in September 2026 and is available now on Google Play. The Apple iPhone and iPad version is planned for release on the App Store later in September 2026.
